I was diagnosed with Manic Depression which they now call bipolar at the age of 17. I have been through many traumas in my life and made loads of wrong choices through not dealing with the issues. One thing I can say is have become very good with strategies to over come those bad days and sitting with my own feelings from the traumas. I am here to help you every step of the way.
